Refund & Return Policy

All Warm Royale purchases are considered final sale once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong variant
• Buyer’s remorse
• Delivery delays within the stated shipping timeframe
• Refusing or failing to collect a delivered package

Refunds or replacements may be considered if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

To report an issue, contact warmroyal@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the problem.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method.
